Balcony letting in water underneath balcony door threshold. Loss adjuster recommended flat roofing expert to fix. Looking for tradesmen to remedy. Recommendations? Just a quick follow up post to say that we are very happy with County Flat Roofing. They did a great job and we really notice the huge improvement made by the insulation they put down.
