Richard and Andy( but Richard in particular)

We used Richard and Andy during the summer for a variety of small jobs.

Avoid Richard at all costs. He was a messy worker and most of the jobs he did had to be re-done as they were done carelessly and with little understanding of geometry or the basic principles of this type of work. Towards the end of the employment, as he was basically friendly and amenable we gave him payment before all the works were completed and of course he disappeared leaving work unfinished and bags of materials which we then had to dispose of. Despite numerous calls and messages left, he did not return to finish the work or return the money for the unfinished work.

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service I provided you. We were only paid for the work we completed and in fact did some jobs that were not charged for. We were made to wait for payment, and the materials left behind were paid for by yourselves and to take them would've been theft.

As you will see from the numerous other reviews and recommendations on the forum, I have many customers who are satisfied with the jobs I have done. I pride myself on being considerate of my environment and ensuring I clear up any mess made.

If any customers are disappointed or unhappy with my service, I am always more than happy to return and rectify any issues.

    • Do also remember that, whilst this is the original there is an unrelated FB presence with a (very) similar name, which might also be prayed in aid.
    • Yet another increase, its absolutely disgusting. I was charged £7.95 to send documents recorded delivery last week. I asked for the Signed for option that only costs £2.50 but the Post Office refused & said they would only send them recorded delivery.
    • Thanks Admin for clarifying - I’ve now found the post they used to scrape my telephone number from. So it wasn’t a data breach from EDF, rather my foolishness posting it online 15 years ago…    Still leaving this thread here if that’s ok so that people are aware of this scam and don’t fall foul of it (also to think twice before posting phone numbers here as it can be used by any one as I’ve found out!)
    • There is deliberately nowhere to enter your phone number, name, address etc anywhere when registering an account on this forum. There never has been. There is no way to attach this sort of personal information to your account.  If someone says that EDF has given your phone number, then this is a lie. No personal information is sold to any third party and it is not collected in the first place.
