Can recommend person to sharpen shears

I need various garden tools sharpened. I tried somewhere local ( Garden Centre in Upland Road) a while ago but the tools were no sharper. Can anyone recommend someone they have used? can you tell me roughly how much they charge ?

UPDATE: I have now used Sharpsmith in Tintgel Gardens. Very quick and reasonable prices, he will also collect and deliver. He also managed to sharpen and oil my very old and very heavy push rotary mower. And I am happy with the sharpening.

I used the garden centre in Croxted Road Herne Hill - they charged ?10 for shears and ?8 for secateurs and did a great job.
