Mindful Qigong


Practice the gentle, flowing movements of qigong, with calming breathing techniques and mindful meditations to achieve deep relaxation, stress relief and mental clarity.

- Suitable for all ages and abilities

New Wednesday Class 7-8pm; Drop in ?10 or ?50 for 6 classes.
