HI

I have been going to Tom's classes and they are really good Tom is a really good instructor and the people who take part are really friendly and welcoming - I would definitely recommend them. FOr a fraction of the price of a personal trainer you get a really good workout and everyone can work at their own speed so it suits people of every fitness level

I too would recommend Tom and his local Bear Drills classes! They are fun but always feel like you've had a great workout by the end! You get the attention and advice from him you wouldn't normally expect from group sessions - definitely worth it!

Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
