Builder for offices refurbishment

Can anyone recommend a team of builders for office refurbishment? It's to be done by the renters of the building,so no major budget, to get the premises ready for a company move and doesn't need a major remodelling or to be swanky - rewiring, basic refurb etc. Thanks in advance

  Another recommendation here for Jason. He came to plaster over a section of ceiling that we had to remove in order to investigate a leak. He is a really lovely guy, easy to get in touch with and great communication. He was quick, tidy and competitively priced. Very happy and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

  Apart from swooping birds of prey, the Fox, Cat's Heron's, Pike, Gull's, Crow's etc will all take chicks of various sizes if the opportunity arises.
