Venue for 1st Birthday Party

I am looking for a venue to hold my son's 1st birthday party in July. Any suggestions in the ED area would be gratefully welcomed!

How about the Scout Hut on Bellenden Road? I don't have contact details but it is spacious with a kitchen

The Albrighton centre is brilliant, clean, spacious and affordable. They also hire bouncy castle and soft play. The top room has hire with the roof garden too, nice for summer party.

Agree wholeheartedly with Missee22 - the Albrighton Centre was the perfect venue for my daughter's 1st birthday party just before Christmas. The soft play they set up was brilliant and the staff were so helpful. I hired the kitchen too - great to warm up some nibbles for the adults and to keep the beer and wine cold!

The Herne Tavern on Forest Hill Road have a nice barn in their garden the lend out for parties (free). Popular with older kids and parents too. (play area in the garden / bar with beer and wine)

I did try the Herne Tavern as it is very close to where I live but found the staff very rude and totally disorganised, not returning calls etc - it was painful!

Have now booked The Dish and The Spoon Cafe in Nunhead - Shona has been fantastic!!
