Just wanted to recomend Jack Hart for plastering and rendering work. Jack treated and rendered an exterier wall to my house and did an extremely good job - was polite and friendly and finished to high standard. He's on 07877 805 665.   I agree with Head Nun. My experience is very similar and has been so for the 25 years I've lived in London. They got a lot worse after the Tour de France came here though. And then the Olympics.
