Hi,


I would like to say thank you to Sebastian and his team for the work completed to a very high standard. They have painted 3 bedroom house, including kitchen and bathroom so quick. I live on Crystal Palace Road, and over few years had a few contractors for various works.


Sebastian and his workmates were the best ones so far. Very punctual, trustworthy, reliable, and 'no problem' attitude. I could leave house keys with them without any worries.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sebastian as a decorator. He recently undertook the complete repainting of our kitchen and living room: the work was of an extremely high quality, and characterised by superb attention to detail. Sebastian is reliable, extremely efficient and professional, and clearly expert in his trade.

I'm very delighted to recommend Sebastian as a great builder. They did new bathroom, and general building work around our house. Decorating we've done ourselves.

Sebastian is very patience, with amazing attention to details. He is very respectful and honest person. They worked on a very tight timescale, and we are very happy with the result.

      I know a lot of experts in the field and getting a franchise was a license to print money, that is why Virgin were so happy to spend lots of dosh challenging government ten years ago when they lost the West Coast franchise.  This will not be overnight, rather than when the franchise has come to the end. Government had previously taking over the operator of last resort when some TOCs screwed up.       Can't help thinking that regardless of whether Joe wanted to be interviewed, the 'story' that Southwark News wanted to write just got a lot less interesting with 'tyre shop replaced with ... tyre shop'!

      Labour are proposing to nationalise the railways, (passenger trains but not fright)  Whilst it removes them from shareholders control, and potential profit chasing, is it workable or will it end up costing tax payers more in the long run?  On paper the idea is interesting but does it also need the profitable freight arm included to help reduce fares,?

      Another recommendation here for Jason.  He came to plaster over a section of ceiling that we had to remove in order to investigate a leak.  He is a really lovely guy, easy to get in touch with and great communication.  He was quick, tidy and competitively priced.  Very happy and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
