Builders - recommendations and availability for Janaury

We are former ED residents and wanted to take to the forum to ask for recommendations for builders for some work we are planning to do on the ground floor of our house in Crofton Park - SE4.

We have architect working drawings and all the paperwork at the ready.

The work includes: opening up wall between living and dining room, new kitchen, insertion of bifold doors, plastering, painting and decorating and some additional points.

This is for our home rather than investment property, so references will be needed.

Many thanks!

Many thanks.

Hello, I can recommend Lifestyle Design and Build, they have great team on board, I did major building works with them (side return extension, kitchen fitting) as well as some smaller - handyman jobs. You can visit their website www.lifestylebyasq.co.uk or give them a call 02077203082. Hope that helps!

I have had an amazing build team - just gone through 6 month total house refurb- from roofing, elecs, plumbing, extension, underfloor heating, carpentry, plastering, etc..

can't give them enough credit for hitting the budget and timelines. contact Vidas Anderson on 07713 434395

his website is www.vabuild.co.uk

refreshingly not from Dulwich either... happy to show around if interested in meeting him and seeing his quality of work - as they have two weeks left.
