Wanted someone to look at automated internal door

Hi Our office loo door keeps opening! Its an automated sliding door on a track, Push button to open, then it closes and locks automatically. However, when it closes it then re opens. This has caused some rather embarrassing moments lol I think its just come off the track a bit. Anyone able to fix it?

  A raptor shot into my back garden for a wood pigeon, which managed to get away before it was grabbed. It was very fast and the hawk was smaller than I’d thought it would be, with mid- and dark-brown feathers. Kite?
