From 18th April until 26th April, we'll be closing our doors for a much-anticipated refurbishment!

We?ll be undertaking extensive works to the entire ground floor of the pub and putting some traditional pub elements back into The Clock House.

With a cosy new fireplace, a new bar and a completely revamped Snug area, there?s lots to be excited about!

Good news though. Youngs ripped out the heart and soul of that pub with their last refurb. Same thing happened at the Dulwich Wood House which they seem to have rectified somewhat even though it'll never be the same. They managed to ruin two very good local pubs.

So basically, they're returning it back to what it used to be?

Too much to hope that they might improve the food at the same time, I suppose?
