Party wall surveyor

Our neighbours are extending and we need to have a part wall agreement. Any recommendations? Any advice re being the neighbours next door to building would be appreciated too.

we used David Puttock and his team. I have to say, thank goodness we did, as they helped us enormously, and saved what could have been a tricky situation with the next door neighbours who were not forthcoming with information, until Mark got involved. they also provide structural surveying, so please contact them!. The onus is on the person having the actual work done to employ a party wall surveyor by the way,
