Chain Saw owner help please -have small job will pay ??

Hi

I have a small tree stump which I want to remove from middle of my decking (we cut the tree down ages ago) as we are laying new decking and stump is just in the way, I'm guessing its a 10 minute job, we just need it cut so that it is lower than the decking so we can lay decking over it...Im on Barry rd, have attached pic
