Wanted Handyman / Carpenter

I am looking for someone to:

- fit a long curtain track and either refit the existing wooden pelmet or make/buy a new one and fit it

- reattach a lampshade that keeps coming down

- drill two holes for curtain tie backs

- attach a sign to an exterior wall

- replace a number of wooden stair spindles (Three are wobbly and two are completely broken)
