Garden office

Hi, We would like to build a garden office/studio at the rear of our back garden. Has anyone got a company they can recommend for this type of job? We are in the Dulwich Estate area so experience dealing with their (at times unusual) restrictions would be a bonus. It will need insulation and electrics. Thanks!

Hi, my friend James runs a company calked Mokki who do just that. They are based in Devon but have a team who have built several in London. Will try and dind a pic of the one they built for my brother. About 7 grand including foundations and electrics.

We researched the market and they were by far the best value and friendliest people I've ever dealt with. You'd be welcome to pop by and take a look if you like if you PM me. They have a certain style but don't have particular models - you can decide on every last detail yourself. The London companies were far more expensive and inflexible I thought. As long as the building is under 2.5m in height, covers less than 50% of your available rear garden space and has no plumbing incorporated, there's no planning restriction at all. Cost for 4 x 2.5m was around 10k.
