Hi I am looking for someone who can replaster a large bedroom. Also need to move some lights and install a new radiator at the same time. Possibly do some work to the skirting boards. Ideally want someone who can take responsibility for the lot. Any recommendations?

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
