Recommendation for a babysitter

We live in East Dulwich and have recently hired a fantastic Spanish nanny who is looking to earn some extra money through babysitting or childminding. She is available most evenings from 7pm and during the day from 9.15am until 3pm. Alternatively because she is studying to become a teacher (having already worked previously as a qualified nurse) she is available to teach Spanish. Her level of English is excellent.   Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.

  I’ve donated several times. They operate all over london and I think usually it’s an opportunity for these kids. amazing to read the responses to this stuff. As someone has suggested go and have a chat next time
