(handyman? Carpenter?)Help needed to restore some areas of parquet flooring

Hello

I am looking for someone to help me with restoring some parquet floor. I have someone already to sand and treat it, but I first of all need someone to fix some areas where blocks have lifted and expanded due to a leak, and they probably need to be taken up, planed down and fitted back together again, and replaced.

I may just need a talented and patient handyman, rather than a parquet specialist!
