Wanted : window cleaner to clean 3 storey house from exterior

We would like a regular window cleaning service but we don't seem to be able to find anyone who can clean our top floor windows. Our house has two storeys above the ground floor and in particular there is a window at the top at the back that has to be cleaned from our very small back garden as it isn't possible to clean it from the inside because it doesn't open.
