Does anyone know / can recommend a local - ish mindfulness (preferably MBST type) course or drop in classes - somewhere south east? Brockley/CAtford/East Dulwich/Nunhead/Peckham/Herne Hill/Dulwich/Deptford/Greenwich etc.

      The bin outside Harris Primary School has been a spot for fly-tipping weekly. This is now a hazard for the children going to school every day - they have to walk over the rubbish to get into the school! I've see a person who lives across the road dumping her house rubbish to into the bin but I believe it is not only her now but other people too!       This should be supplied by the NHS through a GP referral.  Her height and weight need to be known.  Or are you looking for a loaned one?

      That is horrific.  I can't even believe that this a thing.  Really what planet do these so called humans live on...    It actually says that the little fluff balls will be gassed.    It should be illegal.  At least one person took the time to read the letter.   I am shocked.
