mimifantasia87
Anyone else found the staff members at Denmark hill Sainsbury?s rude unhelpful and useless! When you ask them for help and say I can?t help sorry and walk off on both occasions! And they look at you as if you are asking for the bloody moon!! For god sake! Politeness goes a long way and good customer service even if it?s not your area you are looking after ! Rant over !
Dom Johnston
Have to say, every time I've been in there, I've had really good service. There is the odd occasion when the self service people are a bit slow to respond, but I usually find the staff in there very friendly and helpful. I do go in most days too. dbboy
yep, the older woman in the bakery section who seems to treat customers as an inconvenience and is generally rude, unhelpful and useless. So much so that I've given up buying anything from that section.

Pugwash
Never had problems - always helpful and ready for a quick chat whilst scanning my items. The American guy who works mainly on the cigarette counter is very helpful

tiddles
Always found most staff very pleasant and helpful - especially when dealing with grumpy customers Complaining about lack of open tills - which is another thread altogether....

peckham_ryu
The only thing I ever ask is whether they have any stock ready to bring through, for stuff that's run out on the shelf. The staff typically go to some lengths to check. The fish counter guys are actually pro-actively helpful, giving cooking tips and the like. I must have the Right help needs for good service. What help should I ask for to get the bad attitude? I'll ask for a Belgian bun or something next time, if the baked goods counter dislikes custom :-)
Ruffler
Another DKH Sainsbury?s regular here too and all the staff that I?ve had dealings with have been helpful and courteous. I don?t recognise the OP?s description at all!
