Hi I specialize in laying new lawns... After a hard summer this is a perfect time to re turf. There are various options to suit all budgets... and many turf types to fit your needs.. shady, full sun, hard wearing , etc...   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
