Creative builder needed for small internal job!

I have the requirement to build a fire door and cupboard under the stairs in a cavity in the hallway of my flat. I would like this to be done in a manner which ensures the door can be folded away flush with the wall, which is in line with the finish of the flat. I do not have any designs, although do have some ideas. It is not a big enough job to engage an architect or interior designer, so can anyone recommend a builder with a bit of creative flair that could interpret my intentions please?
