I was abroad and got a message from my tennant to say her boiler wasn?t working, Aria wasn?t ?around the corner? as quoted in another unfair thread when I called but made the effort to turn up later that day. It was freezing and my tennant had no hot water. The boiler was fixed and I paid online later than I shoujd have done due to a family emergency.
