Recommendation for Critter Solutions Pest Control

I cannot recommend Roger and his son enough. I am heavily pregnant and the smell of a dead rat and fly infestation took over our house. They were so kind and understanding, coming over yesterday and again today to advise on a plan of action, and spray, and give us some hope when the timing could not have been worse. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for kind, thorough and trustworthy pest control.

I would like to add my recommendation for Critter Solutions Pest Control.

Since some building works in the property next door, we have had an ongoing mice problem and have been unable to get on top of it ourselves. Roger and his son have been really helpful and have managed to get the situation under control. We have found them understanding, reliable and knowledgable.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a mice problem.

I would also like to recommend critter solutions, Roger has been fantastic, he makes appointments to fit my schedule, is always punctual and professional and the 18month guarantee he offers is a great comfort and is completely honoured without question.

We?ve had mice in our attic and Roger has been to the property several times to lay traps and fill holes etc.

Very lucky to have found him through this forum myself, much more of a personal service and follow up than some of the bigger providers, and better value too.

We also cannot recommend Roger and his son highly enough. We moved to our house in June 2018 and I was also heavily pregnant when we discovered some mice in our basement. Roger is such a lovely man, a pleasure to have come into the home, very considerate of your home and space, and addresses the problem quickly and discreetly. When we have seen any signs of the mice returning, I have texted Roger and he has always been able to stop by that same day which gives us a huge amount of reassurance that we can count on him. He has still warranted our 18 month warranty too, which I didn't realise we even had. Excellent service that we would recommend in a heartbeat.

Another recommendation for Roger from a satisfied East Dulwich resident. He is affable and effective! (There?s been no more sign of Mr Mouse.) He?s also a fraction of the cost of other pest control companies.

Very happy with his service and would willingly pass on his details to friends and family.

    • That's a good idea smiley blue , if you or anyone else comes across petitions to end these despicable acts of cruelty to defenceless animals please put on here or start a new thread if you please so we can sign the petition and add our objections to this , I would also like to thank all of you the people for reading these messages and adding your voices to this cruelty,  maybe we can end it
    • Malumbu, by that measure are police efforts to cut down on anti-social driving by issuing tickets and fines a token effort as well? Surely punitive measures for cyclists breaking the rules will encourage them not to break the rules again? A bit like when you got stopped and taken into the cab of an HGV. The police are currently using that tactic to show those who break the rules cycling that it might lead them to being hit by a lorry due to the driver's having limited vision - the cycling equivalent of a speed awareness course for drivers.    When they stopped you was it because you had broken a rule or was it just more of an education programme and they asked you to take a look and did it change your cycling behaviour in any way? As I said previously there are those who break the rules on cycling out of ignorance (and those out of arrogance) and I am sure they are using HGVs to educate those in the ignorance category and then hitting those in the arrogance category with the PCNs.
    • Good that PETA is on it but can we add our voices to the fight against this horrible practice? I’m still shocked! A petition maybe? Happy to raise to the RSPCA but don’t want to duplicate efforts. I’ve signed campaigns from RSPCA before which sends it directly to your councillor
    • Yes, I'm aware of that. I believe the brood was five to begin with. However they are almost adult size now so not the prey of rats any longer.
