No buses: Lordship Lane

Recommended Posts

There is a "police incident" on the south end of Lordship Lane (Barry Road area). No buses are currently running on Lordship Lane between Goose Green and Barry Road (on diversion).

Not sure how long this will last, but best to walk to Elsie Road stop to catch the bus.

For those wanting to get to Denmark Hill buses are running from the Elsie Rd stop.

According to the signs at the bus stops there are also buses running from Barry Rd too though might be useful if someone else could confirm this?

LL cordoned-off at Plough end of junction by Dulwich library. You can still go South to FH from that junction, or cross from Barry Rd to Dulwich park area.

Looks like may open soon as pranged car and motorbike been loaded onto recovery wagon.

When I left our house opposite Sainsbury's on Lordship this morning at 0600, there was a Met Blue Tent outside the roofers, a damaged motorcycle and signs of a major injury. By the time the family were up the traffic was flowing again and all was back to normal. Speed cameras are needed near the junction of Lordship and Barry Road, stating the obvious. It's like a racetrack.

Agreed! We live opposite the Sainsbury's too and it's extremely dangerous, people seem to fly down there!

There is no way to attach this sort of personal information to your account.  If someone says that EDF has given you  your phone number, then this is a lie. No personal information is sold to any third party and it is not collected in the first place.
    • Anyone else received a cold call from this company pretending to be calling on behalf of EE? When I asked how they’d got my data they said ‘from East Dulwich forum’. I have contacted the Admin to find out whether EDF are selling our data to marketing companies or if they’ve been hacked. Alternatively the website is being scraped somehow.    Just warning others in case anyone else receives a call- it’s a scam, do not engage with them 🙂
