Doubt that LL is becoming new BL! Brick Lane has a large resident Asian population in proximity which is why there's a variety of establishments - style, quality, authenticity,accesibility, price bla bla. Not sure that this is the same in East Dulwich albeit an enthusiastic market.

nah, apart from the Boho Gilbert n George & Emin set that now lurk around spitalfields with their mutual back slappery, BL has always been a destination for skint migrants


migrants to ED are not penniless or escaping persecution and poverty.


escaping clapham to start a family and buy a house isnt in the same league
