Potential disruption at London Bridge station

On Monday 23 March a collective called Occupy will start a seven day demonstration in London Bridge, near the Shard. The protest is around concentration of media ownership in the UK and concerns around media barons? unfair influence over British government. There could be transport disruption at London Bridge station during this time.

The 'News' building is next to the Shard, it's the other new one. They house The Times, The Sun, International Herald tribune amoongst others..

Actually - If the protestors want to get to London Bridge, they may want to start really early.

This could be a blow for East Dulwich nannies given announcement last week by the rail minister that London Bridge problems being fixed immediately so people can get home to relieve the nanny. I expect she was thinking of East Dulwich at the time.

Doubt it, would guess that nannies in ED are probably small fry compared to the amount of parents having to collect kids from nurseries/child minders - those with nannies probably aren't so worried as at least the kids are home/nanny can do bath time & bed if required.

I agree with cynical comments, London bridge has been a shambles for months. Totally unreliable.
