trouble is that would cost 200k ish the cost of which would have to be passed on to clients which defeats jandb's point above.

its what happens when private landlords do the job the council should be doing and still get crap thrown at them.

Surely there are only four houses? 24-30 Upland Road suggests only four, anyway.

yeah it's only 4 houses, so ?500k each... they need a lot of work though, so the ?2m asking price might be pushing it slightly.
