defkon_1 Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 Hi,I'm new to this forum so apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place!Just wondered if anybody has experience extending a lease with dulwich estates?We are in the process of buying a flat which the current owner is planning on extending the lease (currently 58 years)The dulwich estates website estimates 4 months from start to finish - but has anybody gone through this process and can confirm?Any replies welcome :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
