Sue Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 Presume if you return it to the post office they will return it to DVLA (if they're still called that) who can then contact the owner - I realise that's making all sorts of assumptions about efficiency and lack of backlogs, but hope springs eternal .....
