French onion seller

I encountered him on Northcross Road a few weeks ago. He wasn't there last week. Does anyone know where else he hangs out and when. The onions I bought from him are fabulous. Not too strong and they caramelise really well. Also good in salads.

I've seen him outside William Rose a few times, but not sure if he's there particular days/times... might be worth asking in the shop?
