Parents & Children Fitness - Dulwich Park

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm Grace and train lots of young adults in Dulwich Park and the surrounding area.

A former 'Charter School' student, I would like to work ideally with your daughters from 13 upwards and enjoy parents participating too.

Hoola hooping is one of many areas I work in, as well as cardio, toning and motivating too.

Ref:

* My mum is the number one instructor in Dulwich park - every dog walker knows her.

* My dad.... Hmmmmm... he is the biggest rugby player in the world, always wearing purple, and he runs 'Project London Health', most of his sessions are FREE for the community.

I am fully qualified and if your child is younger than 13, lets work together as a team! Its not all about running, we can do toning and progressive cardio to burn calories.

Last night was super!

I took part of my dads group 'McC-Fitness' and we had a super time.

Should you live in ED, or the village, Dulwich Park is one of the best meeting points for me.

** Legs / Gluts / Core and upper body **

If you are looking for a tough powerwalk of jogging session, I can meet you by the Dulwich Tollgate and head up College Road. Training up hill tones every part of the body, activates the heart and lungs - its a long road which leads up upto Crystal Palace for climbling steps too!

Grace.

    • That is clearly not true. I see car drivers breaking the law on an hourly basis - jumping red lights, speeding, not obeying the general rules. Plus they are operating considerably more dangerous machinery and should have a greater responsibility of care to other road uses. You can see who causes the most harm by the stats.
    • Looking for a suit for an 11 year old. Quite specific, white with black thin stripes.  Trying to replicate Michael Jacksons smooth criminal costume.  A blue linen shirt and white tie.    Thank you !!!!!!!
    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
