Chi Kung (Qi Gong)

Chi Kung every Monday at The Goose Green Centre at 6.30pm - 7.30pm. All ages welcome, beginners welcome, any level of fitness and ability welcome.

Chi Kung uses gentle, flowing, simple forms which help build body awareness, stamina, core strength and health at the same time bringing a very meditative and calm state of mind. Come and try ?4 unwaged ?7 waged
