WeightShift Club- for ladies (can bring little ones), Forest Hill, Wed 17 Sept- Wed 22nd Oct

Recommended Posts

I'm a local mum & nutritionist who has had a practice in SE London for 10 years. And with my personal trainer colleague (who specialises in post-natal fitness), we are running our 9th WeightShift Club in Forest Hill from Wednesday 17th September - Wednesday 22nd Oct 11.15-12.15 in SE23.

It's an exclusive 6 week weight-loss course for ladies combining cutting edge nutrition & exercise, which we devised.

Once again, it's a daytime one and babies are welcome (but not obligatory!)- they'll be playmats and a few toys!

We have had brilliant feedback thus far, and great results. Have a look at the site for some more before & after photos and comments from past participants: http://www.weightshiftclub.com

Dates: Wednesday 17th Sept till Wed 22nd Oct. One hour: 11.15am- 12.15pm Scout Hut behind St Saviours Church, Forest Hill SE23 1JN

The classes are small, friendly and very relaxed. In each week's hourly session, you will received tailored dietary advice, follow an exercise regime and much more. From a nutritional perspective, the course topic include: common myths about weight-loss, blood sugar/insulin control, losing fat from the middle, emotional/comfort eating & more. Most ladies lose a minimum of 9 pounds and about 13 inches of their body, without going hungry!

After the course has finished, we provide regular support and encouragement to participants via a closed facebook page, and also offer refresher courses.

    • Boiler serviced by Tommy, super efficent and clearly very knowlegable.  Def reccomend him.
    • Is Sadiq worried about voter apathy/protest votes? Just got another flyer through the door, it seems to be one every couple of weeks, suggesting the Tories are closer than any opinion poll suggests and that people should not vote for the Lib Dems or Greens.
    • I'm basing it on 20+ years cycling in London and seeing the absolute biggest rule-breakers being my fellow cyclists. I once stopped at a zebra crossing to let a man cross and a cyclist behind me called me a putain for stopping.  I've even witnessed a grown man aggressively ringing his bell and swearing at a four year old child for not getting out of his way.... on a footpath.... in Burgess Park.  I genuinely cannot remember the last time a cyclist stopped for me at a pedestrian crossing.  They give the rest of us cyclists and bad name and turn the traffic against us.
    • Sorry to hear and glad you and hopefully bike OK and doesn't put you off cycling. Please do inform the police even if that sounds a waste of time.  Do consider going to the Motor Insurance Bureau, the slush fund set up by insurers for untraced/uninsured motorists.
