Calling Ashtanga Yoga practioners!

I have some space available in my Tuesday evening Mysore self practice group at Goose Green clinic in the heart of East Dulwich. If you have experience and knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga and want to develop your practice to the next level under the guidance of an experienced and compassionate Yoga teacher then this class might just be the space for you to do that.

My name is Andy Gill and I am an experienced Yoga practitioner of over 20 years. I have been trained by and taught with John Scott, one of the great Ashtanga teachers in the world - I bring this experience to a small self practice group of 6 students in a lovely room opposite Goose Green. This is a well established group but a couple of spaces have become available. If you are interested in joining this group or trying a class please drop me a line. The standard drop in rate is ?15 for this class with a block booking discount available. I am offering a discounted rate of ?10 for the first class for anyone who has not practiced with me before.
