Hi, This is a message for all this retired or almost retired people who would like to form a class to re-learn or start from from scratch and learn to play the Recorder. It will ( conditional on numbers) take place at the Southwark Pensioners Association on thursday mornings at 10 am to 11am from January. The fee for 12 sessions will be ?48 , i.e. ?4 per class. To be viable so as not to need any subsidy from the charity we would need between 12=15 people to register their interest. The Centre runs several different activities and is open to all from the age of 50 upwards. There would also be the possibility of reaching the stage where you could join the Centre's flourishing Recorder Consort.

If you are interested you can respond to this posting or contact the Southwark Pensioners Centre directly on

0207 708 4556

We look forward to hearing from you!
