Slow down and join Yazmin for one hour of Yin yoga 6.15-7.15pm every Tuesday evening

ABOUT YIN

Yin is a quiet, slow and meditative practice, with a focus on the hips, pelvis and lower spine, all supported by the earth using props and variations to allow the body to open up and the mind to still. By holding postures for an extended period, the connective tissue is stimulated and joints are nourished. Yin is open to all levels and is a great way to bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice.

ABOUT YAZMIN

Raised in India, Yazmin has been immersed in the tradition of yoga since childhood, returning in her adult life to live and study as a yoga teacher in Mysore and the Himalayas, training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar styles. Through her personal realisations and passion for the discipline, Yazmin felt impelled to return to the West to share the wisdom of this ancient culture as a path to truth and self-realisation.

Yazmin?s teaching style is deep, strong and guided by intuition, with mindfully choreographed sequences, and variations for all levels. She encourages students to honour their bodies and feelings, whilst bringing attention to breath and intelligent alignment. Where appropriate Yasmin enjoys using inspirational music, mood lighting and aromatherapy, all peppered with heartfelt philosophy.

    • That is clearly not true. I see car drivers breaking the law on an hourly basis - jumping red lights, speeding, not obeying the general rules. Plus they are operating considerably more dangerous machinery and should have a greater responsibility of care to other road uses. You can see who causes the most harm by the stats.
    • Looking for a suit for an 11 year old. Quite specific, white with black thin stripes.  Trying to replicate Michael Jacksons smooth criminal costume.  A blue linen shirt and white tie.    Thank you !!!!!!!
    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
