Join us this January for two special Storytime sessions hosted by Alex English and Tracy Gunaratnam.


Saturday 24th January at 11am


Meet ALEX ENGLISH, author of YUCK! Said the Yak.


One day a yak comes to stay, but he is a VERY RUDE yak and won?t eat ANYTHING that Alfie offers him...



Saturday 31st January at 11am


Author TRACY GUNARATNAM will be reading her hilarious brand new story PREPOSTEROUS RHINOCEROS.


Disaster! King Lion has lost his voice and cannot read the animals their bedtime story. Luckily Preposterous Rhinoceros wants to give it a go?



Both events are free, but space is limited so we recommend you book your place in advance. Suitable for ages 7 and under.       They are certainly persistent - they try to sell us it every time we walk up and down Lordship Lane - no matter if you told them no thank you three minutes earlier! Anyone else feel that sense of relief when you walk and see they have someone they are talking (invariably looking like they are trying to get away) allowing you to walk past without becoming their next sale target?

      Hello, we’re looking for a nursery for our daughter for 2 days a week from October and wanted to check if anyone has any recent feedback for Piplings or Purple Jay Peckham.
