Saturday 24th January at 11am - Meet ALEX ENGLISH, author of YUCK! Said the Yak.

Join us for a special Storytime session hosted by Alex English. One day a yak comes to stay, but he is a VERY RUDE yak and won?t eat ANYTHING that Alfie offers him...

The event is free, but space is limited so we recommend you book your place in advance. Suitable for ages 7 and under. Plus, our regular Storytime sessions on Thursdays and Saturdays at 11am are back, suitable for ages up to seven (Storytime sessions are free, no booking necessary).

  Another recommendation here for Jason. He came to plaster over a section of ceiling that we had to remove in order to investigate a leak. He is a really lovely guy, easy to get in touch with and great communication. He was quick, tidy and competitively priced. Very happy and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

  Apart from swooping birds of prey, the Fox, Cat's Heron's, Pike, Gull's, Crow's etc will all take chicks of various sizes if the opportunity arises.
