Metafit, High Intensity Fitness - Monday 7:30pm and 8:10pm.

I am happy to announce there is a new Metafit class on a Monday. Due to the popularity of the class and work often getting in the way, there are now two classes on a Monday night 7:30 and 8:10.


Metafit - it is a high intensity interval training class which uses your own body weight as resistance.


The difference with this class to others offered is that it's only 30 minutes long but offers the same benefit of 60 minutes steady state exercise.


As the nights are getting shorter and the weather becomes colder now is the perfect time to try something new. Metafit will help you loose body fat, increasing muscle tone and boost your metabolic rate.
