Beginners' Yoga Class - starting Monday 13 April - 277 Crystal Palace Road

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that have a couple of spaces left for a new beginners' yoga class on Mondays at 8pm, starting from Monday 13 April at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic. Classes are small (max 6) and run in four week blocks.

277 Crystal Palace Road

East Dulwich

SE22 9JH

?44 to sign up for a 4 week block

?12.50 per class drop-in rate (subject to availability)

Next term's classes start on Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th April, respectively. I am also offering a special one-off introduction rate of ?10 if you would like to try a class on Wednesday 8 April at 7.15pm. Please text me on 07595 459 895 to check if there is a space available for you.

The timetable is as follows:

Mondays - 6.45pm (more experienced students); 8.00pm (beginners - TWO SPACES LEFT)

Wednesdays - 6.45pm (all levels); 8.00pm (beginners - ONE SPACE LEFT)

As the classes are small, there is a lot of scope for individual attention. The class includes a mixture of Vinyasa (flowing and active) and Yin yoga (slower, more meditative) styles, and always includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind. I should be delighted to answer any further queries by PM or on the mobile number above.

Best wishes,

Chrissie

    • That is clearly not true. I see car drivers breaking the law on an hourly basis - jumping red lights, speeding, not obeying the general rules. Plus they are operating considerably more dangerous machinery and should have a greater responsibility of care to other road uses. You can see who causes the most harm by the stats.
    • Looking for a suit for an 11 year old. Quite specific, white with black thin stripes.  Trying to replicate Michael Jacksons smooth criminal costume.  A blue linen shirt and white tie.    Thank you !!!!!!!
    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
