Hello

Come and join my new Gentle Hatha Flow class at the lovely new Community Centre, The Green at Nunhead, Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

(Classes starting from Tues 19th Jan).

As this is a new class, I'm offering a ?5 taster price for everybody's first class (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?45 for 5 class pass - valid for 8 weeks).

The class sizes will be small and welcoming at run a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.   "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm. It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
