Come and join my new Gentle Hatha Flow class at the lovely new Community Centre, The Green at Nunhead, Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

(Classes starting from Tues 19th Jan).

As this is a new class, I'm offering a ?5 taster price for everybody's first class (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?45 for 5 class pass - valid for 8 weeks).

The class sizes will be small and welcoming at run a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.
