Hi Everyone,

Come and join us for Sunday morning yoga from 10-11.30am at The Green this Bank Holiday Sunday.

The Green

Nunhead Community Centre

5 Nunhead Green

SE15 3QQ

Classes run in 4 week blocks with a new block starting this Sunday 2nd May. There is space for 9-10 students with plenty of scope for individual attention. I teach a mixture of styles and am influenced by my many years as a health practitioner.

Places are offered on a first come, first served basis. It is also possible to drop in but please check with me first on 07595 459 895 to see whether there's a space available for you.

  Another recommendation here for Jason. He came to plaster over a section of ceiling that we had to remove in order to investigate a leak. He is a really lovely guy, easy to get in touch with and great communication. He was quick, tidy and competitively priced. Very happy and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

  Apart from swooping birds of prey, the Fox, Cat's Heron's, Pike, Gull's, Crow's etc will all take chicks of various sizes if the opportunity arises.
