Thursday Morning Yoga Club

I'm running a little intimate yoga class early on Thursday mornings at Goose Green Clinic.

It's at 7-8am, suitable for all levels of experience, and perfect if you're inflexible and new to yoga.

We take a slow, steady pace - it's early, after all! And we often focus on counteracting all those hours spent sitting... be it at a desk, on the train, in the car, on the sofa... giving a little love to tight hamstrings and some relief to forward-rolling shoulders.

Always space for more people - come along!
