There are just 2 places left in my new Beginners Pilates course, which starts Wednesday November 9th at 7.10pm. Venue is 17-19 Blackwater Court, Blackwater Street behind Lordship Lane, SE22 8SD. 6 week course is ?66, so the last class is on December 14th. Maximum number for the course is 10, so plenty of personal attention. Contact Tania for bookings. I trained as a pilates teacher with Alan Herdman( the man who introduced pilates to the UK) I am a member of Fitness Professionals and have a BA Hons in Dance from Trinity Laban.

  I'm going to speak to my friends wife about it , she has already spoken to the headmaster at the school where she works and they have agreed with her to never do anything like this again , I know she is going to be contacting other schools and school board to make an official complaint etc
