Looking for a venue..with a good piano

Hi Everyone, I am a local music teacher, and I was hoping you could help me. I'm looking for a venue to hold my student concerts, somewhere local that has a good piano, as in one that is tuned :) If anyone knows of a place, not too pricey, would you mind dropping me a PM please?
