Weekend Group Hypnobirthing Classes

Hi there,

For anyone wanting a positive birth experience, I have some upcoming Hypnobirthing Place weekend courses with places still available at present.

Each month I run a course, split over two weekend sessions. The upcoming dates are:

March 4th and 11th

April 22nd and 23rd

May 6th and 13th

June 3rd and 10th

July 1st and 8th

All classes are taught from the relaxed and bright space at Goose Green Clinic.

My aim is to help you enjoy pregnancy, release any worries you might have about birth, discover your inner resources, take away any pressure on yourself and really tune into your instincts. Your partner will have a clear idea about the role he or she can play to help things go smoothly.

Hello!

Please see new Group Class dates just added to my website. These take us all the way up to Christmas! I would love you to join us for one of them.

All classes are split over 2 sessions on Saturdays, 11.30 - 3.30 and are best taken anywhere from 20 weeks onwards (though I've recently had a lovely birth story back from a mum I taught at 17 weeks, and equally it's not unusual to come along at 34 weeks - it works well whenever you come along). I teach the Katherine Graves method, drawing on my experience in coaching as well.
